WELCOME

Hi, my name is Eric Cooley. Here's a very BIG welcome to my Mindfulness Website.  The purpose and vision for this site is to create a free all inclusive Mindfulness resource for people to utilize when establishing their own unique daily practice or and offer suggestions for more experienced practitioners.  Feel free to incorporate and use whatever information and exercises that resonates for you while discarding any material(s) that don't land. Lastly if you find this website may be of benefit to someone you know please send them the link and help spread the word. Let’s become more “Awake” (Self-Aware) through the practice of Mindfulness together.  

The Mission

To share the practice of Mindfulness with as many people as possible before leaving this Earth.

The Vision

I believe that a healthy Being is a thriving Being.  Healthy and thriving Beings come together to form healthy and thriving communities.  Often when a person experiences discomfort, pain and  or stress the knee jerk reaction is to immediately alleviate that unpleasant feeling ASAP through unhealthy self destructive harmful behaviors.  Not that there is anything inherently or ethically wrong with this but when the source of suffering is neglected or when we use a unhealthy harmful behavior to numb (otherwise known as maladaptive coping) on a regular basis the suffering ends up exponentially increasing and spreading across the Body , like a cancer, into greater more debilitating issues eventually manifesting chronic disease and illness.

 

My Vision is to bring Awareness and Compassion to this process in hopes of manifesting the all so desperately wanted but somehow elusive change we all seek in Our Life.  Worthwhile everlasting change is difficult.  Let’s do it together and live a Life from the place of change you would like to create.
